Cancellation Policy
A 48-hour notice is required, by phone, to reschedule an appointment. If less than 48-hour notice is given, the client deposit in non-refundable. If the client chooses to end a scheduled appointment early, they will be responsible to pay for the entire appointment in full. Cancellation of appointment with more than 48-hour notice will be refunded the full amount within 14 business days of original cancellation date.
